Boogers Close Out 2023

Originally published December 2023

Fall Highlights: Nationals Podiums, WA State Champs, and racing to the finish line of 2023!

Across Washington and beyond, Boogers had a great season! Week in and week out Boogers brought new skills and strength to a wide variety of courses. Major races including Pan American Champs in Missoula, Kings 'Cross in Cincinnati, and the WSBA State CX Championship at Fort Steilacoom all produced stellar performances, podiums, and wins for Boogers. Seattle Boogers proved that consistency matters by taking home the overall team classification victory for the MFG Cyclocross season.

In addition to weekly CX practices and traveling west for CX races, Wenatchee and Spokane Boogers kept the bigger tires rolling with their Shredderdays.

Congrats to everyone who raced this season!

Seattle Boogers Give Back at Bikeworks

Team Booger Seattle riders joined Bikeworks at their Columbia City warehouse to complete their first Dirty Bike Party! 26 complete bikes, including the Bikeworks cyclocross fleet, were cleaned in preparation for tuneup. These bikes will be used by youth and adults, sorted for parts, and continue their lifecycle with new riders in the future!

In addition to bicycle riding, education, and maintenance programs, Bikeworks hosts monthly warehouse sales, open shop hours, volunteer repair parties, and more. We are proud to use our time to help the Bikeworks mission of promoting the bicycle as a vehicle for change to build resilient communities.

Thank you for an incredible year together!

We're so excited for what's to come in 2024!
